Acts as the primary HR partner for regional business leaders, advising on performance, conduct, workforce planning, employee relations, industrial relations, engagement, capability development, and compliance. The role supports employee lifecycle processes, remuneration reviews, HR projects, people programs, workforce analytics, diversity initiatives, and safety culture across designated sites.

Develops competitive pricing, estimates, budgets, and financial models for government services bids. Analyzes pricing, cost, capital expenditure, and market data to support commercial decisions. Coordinates large bids, interprets scope requirements, manages schedules, and collaborates with stakeholders across growth projects. The role requires strong Excel, analytical, organizational, communication, and financial skills.

Provides application support, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, integrations, testing, deployments, user training, and process mapping. The role analyzes business requirements, develops system improvements, monitors data and reconciliations, supports month-end processes, performs backups and updates, and implements data security controls. It also collaborates with vendors and business professionals, prepares cost-benefit analyses, and supports digital systems across the organization.
