Prepare daily and weekly performance reports, maintain consistent brand communication, and suggest campaign ideas for B2B fintech products and services.

Generate new business through lead generation, sales channels, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and relationship management. Achieve sales targets, coordinate product or service delivery, execute digital and offline marketing campaigns, manage social media, conduct market research, and maintain CRM and sales reports. Participate in exhibitions and networking events while supporting customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Identify and approach prospects, promote products and services, generate and qualify leads, manage follow-ups, build customer relationships, achieve sales targets, maintain CRM records, prepare activity reports, gather market feedback, and coordinate customer onboarding with internal teams.

Supports recruitment, resume screening, interview coordination, onboarding, employee records, leave tracking, HRMS updates, engagement activities, training, and performance documentation. Handles office administration including supplies, vendors, facilities, assets, expenses, travel arrangements, meetings, events, reporting, and daily office operations. Requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, multitasking, and basic HR process knowledge.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and microservices. Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams, support legacy-system migration, conduct code reviews, improve CI/CD with DevOps, document solutions, and implement test-driven development and continuous testing. The role focuses on secure, high-performance, reliable fintech applications using .NET technologies, cloud platforms, containers, and SQL Server.
