Handles customer calls, emails, chats, complaints, service requests, and transaction-related issues. Monitors operational dashboards, tracks failed or pending transactions and refunds, coordinates with reconciliation, finance, technical, and operations teams, and follows cases through resolution. Maintains complaint and transaction records, prepares basic reports, identifies recurring issues, and provides timely customer updates. Requires English and Hindi fluency, strong communication and coordination skills, and proficiency with dashboards, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Manage LinkedIn and Instagram content, including calendars, captions, posts, and creative coordination. Develop fintech and SaaS marketing content, conduct LinkedIn and email outreach, research prospects, track leads, follow up with interested businesses, and coordinate meetings with senior management. Prepare daily and weekly performance reports, maintain consistent brand communication, and suggest campaign ideas for B2B fintech products and services.

Generate new business through lead generation, sales channels, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and relationship management. Achieve sales targets, coordinate product or service delivery, execute digital and offline marketing campaigns, manage social media, conduct market research, and maintain CRM and sales reports. Participate in exhibitions and networking events while supporting customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
