The role partners closely with founders, Product, Sales, and Operations to create repeatable growth playbooks and establish REMATIQ as a trusted AI brand in life sciences. Responsibilities combine strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, autonomous founding marketing role.

Own customer workstreams that transform MedTech regulatory, quality, R&D, and compliance workflows into practical AI-powered solutions. Responsibilities include discovery, workflow design, implementation support, testing, delivery, workshop development, gap analysis, impact assessment, output review, and translating customer feedback for Product and Engineering. The role requires deep medical device regulatory expertise, strong project ownership, customer communication, hands-on execution, and active use of AI tools.

Own customer delivery projects from problem framing through rollout for AI-powered workflows in regulated MedTech and life sciences environments. Lead customer interactions, structure ambiguous problems, manage workplans and risks, create project and workflow documentation, demonstrate and teach the product, support post-launch adoption, and capture product feedback. The role requires strong consulting, analytical, customer-facing, software implementation, AI, communication, and execution skills, plus English and German fluency.

Own and build agentic AI systems for a new product area, including architecture, infrastructure, workflows, guardrails, review loops, and operational tooling. Develop reliable backend systems that handle complex inputs and changing requirements. Partner with product leaders, founders, domain experts, and engineers to translate regulatory needs into dependable products. Drive technical direction, system quality, scalability, iteration, and business impact in a highly regulated healthcare and life sciences environment.

Own customer workstreams transforming MedTech quality management and QMS processes into AI-enabled solutions. Responsibilities include discovery, workflow design, implementation support, testing, delivery, process mapping, gap analyses, impact assessments, use-case specifications, and reviewing AI outputs. The role requires deep expertise in ISO 13485, FDA QMSR, 21 CFR Part 820, MDSAP, ISO 14971, CAPA, audits, supplier quality, and related medical-device quality processes, along with strong project ownership and customer communication.

Own end-to-end product execution for an AI-native B2B enterprise MedTech software platform. Lead and develop 2–3 Product Managers while remaining hands-on in customer discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, engineering refinement, and product delivery across multiple squads. Partner with customers, Engineering, and Design; make product decisions amid ambiguity; improve product operating processes; and help shape AI-first product development.

Own customer workstreams that transform regulated medtech R&D workflows into AI-enabled solutions. Partner with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Product, and Engineering teams to map processes, design use cases, support implementation and testing, review AI outputs, create project deliverables, and translate customer feedback into product improvements. The role requires strong medical device development expertise, project ownership, customer communication, hands-on execution, and comfort working in a fast-changing environment.

Build and lead REMATIQ’s finance and operations backbone following its Series A. Responsibilities include financial planning and investor reporting, accounting oversight, HR and people operations, recruiting and onboarding, legal and contracting coordination, compliance, OKR processes, office logistics, and company setup. The role partners closely with founders and requires building scalable processes, systems, and teams in an early-stage environment.
