Lead enterprise AI customer engagements from use-case discovery through demonstrations, pilots, implementation, adoption, and expansion. Translate complex customer challenges into practical solutions, manage stakeholders and risks, define success criteria, troubleshoot issues, and drive measurable outcomes. Collaborate with founders, engineers, domain experts, Product, and Sales while helping build scalable deployment playbooks and processes. The role is hands-on, customer-facing, and requires strong problem-solving, technical curiosity, ownership, and fluency in English and German.

Build and own REMATIQ’s GTM engineering function by creating AI agents, automations, prospecting systems, CRM workflows, RFP tools, ROI modeling tools, and internal knowledge-base solutions. Partner with Sales, Marketing, leadership, and Product to identify high-impact opportunities, improve HubSpot data quality, scale compliant outreach, and determine when to build versus buy. This founding role requires hands-on technical execution, strong product judgment, and high ownership.

Build and deploy end-to-end software solutions for customers, including backend services, integrations, AI workflows, and interfaces. Scope ambiguous problems with customer teams, operate solutions in production, provide technical support, and convert custom implementations into product capabilities. The role involves production TypeScript and Node.js development, React contributions, PostgreSQL, enterprise integrations, LLM-powered features, and frequent collaboration with product and platform teams. It is hybrid in Berlin and includes customer-site travel when needed.
