Sell to VP and C-suite buyers at large Life Sciences organizations, conduct product demonstrations, build ROI cases, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals, and consistently achieve quota. The role also contributes to improving the go-to-market playbook, product, and sales processes in a high-growth startup environment.

Own customer workstreams that transform MedTech regulatory, quality, R&D, and compliance workflows into practical AI-powered solutions. Responsibilities include discovery, workflow design, implementation support, testing, delivery, workshop development, gap analysis, impact assessment, output review, and translating customer feedback for Product and Engineering. The role requires deep medical device regulatory expertise, strong project ownership, customer communication, hands-on execution, and active use of AI tools.

Own customer delivery projects from problem framing through rollout for AI-powered workflows in regulated MedTech and life sciences environments. Lead customer interactions, structure ambiguous problems, manage workplans and risks, create project and workflow documentation, demonstrate and teach the product, support post-launch adoption, and capture product feedback. The role requires strong consulting, analytical, customer-facing, software implementation, AI, communication, and execution skills, plus English and German fluency.
