Serve as a spokesperson through events, webinars, blogs, and thought leadership while driving measurable go-to-market impact.

Leads DevOps engineering teams and manages cloud infrastructure and foundational services across AWS, GCP, and Azure. Oversees infrastructure as code, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, scalability, reliability, cost optimization, monitoring, troubleshooting, and cloud security. Partners with product, engineering, and security stakeholders while mentoring engineers and driving continuous improvement and modern DevOps practices.

Owns a roadmap for Reltio platform and IDE capabilities that reduce implementation time and complexity. Manages Reltio’s internal master data environment, improving entity coverage, matching, survivorship, governance, data quality, and agentic access. Leads a small team of analysts and implementation specialists while partnering with Engineering, Product, IT, and business stakeholders. Requires hands-on Reltio expertise, product management experience, SaaS or professional services implementation experience, and production MDM operations experience.

Partners with Account Executives to support enterprise software sales by understanding customer needs, designing solution architectures, delivering customized demonstrations and proofs of concept, answering technical questions, and managing RFPs/RFIs. Builds relationships with technical stakeholders, supports events, monitors data and AI trends, and provides product feedback to engineering and product teams.

Develop complex backend features for a cloud-native enterprise MDM platform. Responsibilities include designing scalable distributed systems, presenting solutions to architects, leading feature delivery, mentoring engineers, collaborating with QA and cross-functional teams, writing unit and integration tests, documenting features, making technical decisions, and supporting owned platform areas. The role requires strong Java, algorithms, data structures, software design, performance optimization, profiling, and Java runtime expertise.

Customer Engineer provides technical support to customers, resolving complex issues related to data unification, and enhancing customer satisfaction through expert troubleshooting and collaboration with engineering teams.

Troubleshoot integrations, lambda code, REST APIs and JSON, monitor tenant alerts, participate in on-call rotation, collaborate with engineering/DevOps, author technical docs, and drive product improvement and customer satisfaction.

Provide second-level technical expertise for Reltio Platform: troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues, build monitoring tools, analyze performance, collaborate with product and engineering, support MDM implementations on cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), participate in on-call and weekend rotations, and contribute to knowledge base and continuous platform improvements.

Define and socialize end-to-end architecture for a multi-tenant, cloud-native data SaaS platform. Lead designs for streaming, low-latency query, multi-cloud deployments, service meshes, security/compliance, SRE practices, and AI/agent integration. Mentor senior engineers, run architecture reviews, and influence executives and customers to deliver secure, reliable, cost-efficient platform roadmaps.
