The GRC Analyst manages customer security and compliance questionnaires, vendor risk assessments, GDPR requests, audit evidence, policy reviews, risk registers, compliance monitoring, and issue tracking. The role coordinates with Security, Legal, Privacy, Engineering, Sales, Procurement, and other stakeholders; maintains governance documentation and vendor records; supports audits and assessments; and translates technical and regulatory requirements into clear responses. The analyst also helps administer GRC tools and improve governance processes.

Design, optimize, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Argo CD. Integrate SonarQube quality and security gates, Codecov coverage reporting, and GitOps-based Kubernetes deployments. Build reusable pipeline templates, improve reliability and observability, manage secure credentials, and establish quality governance. Collaborate with development, QE, DevOps, and security teams across a multi-cloud environment while automating developer workflows and self-service troubleshooting.

Provides advanced technical support to high-value customers by troubleshooting configurations, workflows, integrations, JSON, and lambda code. Diagnoses complex issues, monitors tenant health, participates in on-call and rapid-response rotations, and collaborates with Engineering, DevOps, Product, Sales, and Marketing. The role also develops technical documentation, shares best practices, supports product improvements, and mentors customer engineers.
