Apprentices complete mentorship, theological study, staff training, and a 15–20 hour ministry-specific track (children, worship, students, or operations). Responsibilities include administrative support, support-raising, and serving during Sunday services. Application includes assessment and a local interview.

A seminary residency giving recent college graduates hands-on ministry experience: attend meetings, be mentored, assist ministry leaders, perform administrative tasks, disciple others, participate in worship, and support multi-site campuses while modeling church core values.
