Full-time (40 hrs/week) apprenticeship focused on spiritual, theological, and professional development. Apprentices complete mentorship, theological study, staff training, and a 15–20 hour ministry-specific track (children, worship, students, or operations). Responsibilities include administrative support, support-raising, and serving during Sunday services. Application includes assessment and a local interview.

Church internship with a multi-phase application: Phase 1 online application questionnaire (10-15 minutes); Phase 2 Ministry Assessment (~60 minutes) after approval; Phase 3 local assessment where supervisors may interview. Upon provisional acceptance, the employer supports onboarding and hire preparation.

Full-time (40 hrs/week) ministry residency focused on apprenticeship and leadership development. Responsibilities include personal development, staff meetings, campus outreach, discipleship, ministry meetings, event planning, admin, support raising, and weekend services. Residents have two days off weekly (Friday and Saturday).
