Manage all aspects of a single government project to deliver on scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Lead an ~8-person team, oversee contract deliverables, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, budgeting, and project documentation for TSA contracts.

Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure including Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, Exchange/O365, virtualization, backups, and VPN/MDM. Perform patching, monitoring, Tier 2 troubleshooting, account provisioning, documentation, and support onboarding/offboarding. Assist with projects, ensure security policy compliance, and provide remote user support.

Design secure, scalable enterprise solutions for federal clients, supporting proposals and capture efforts. Architect cloud modernization, hybrid/multi-cloud environments, data governance, cybersecurity (NIST/RMF/FedRAMP/Zero Trust), and AI-enabled capabilities while engaging stakeholders and producing architecture artifacts and solution roadmaps.

Lead accounting and finance across a multi-entity, government-contracting environment. Oversee month/quarter/year closes, budgeting, forecasting, project controls, revenue recognition, indirect rate development (FAR/CAS), audits, tax compliance, cash management, and external stakeholder relationships. Supervise and develop the finance team and implement accounting policies and internal controls to ensure compliant financial reporting.

Support CMS Compliance Support for Multiple Models by conducting audits and monitoring, developing Excel trackers, drafting and reviewing reports and procedures, and assisting the PMO with project-level tasks to ensure provider compliance and risk identification.

Manage business requirements, stakeholder engagement, and UAT for Product Teams in a SAFe Agile environment. Translate business needs into epics and user stories, coordinate cross-team activities and schedules, facilitate Agile ceremonies and PI planning, track dependencies and risks, and support release readiness and program-level reporting.

Validate ETL pipelines, backend databases, and cloud data platforms by developing and executing manual and automated data tests. Build Python/SQL automation frameworks, perform reconciliations and integrity checks, collaborate with Agile teams, and support integration, regression, and performance testing while identifying defects and recommending improvements.

Provide front-desk and office administration while supporting HR and recruiting tasks for the Tysons Corner office. Duties include onboarding/offboarding, HR data entry and reporting, candidate coordination, meeting logistics, vendor and supply management, expense report processing, and process documentation to improve office workflows.

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data aggregations. Automate workflows with Power Automate and SharePoint. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, track project milestones for government programs, and produce technical documentation and ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making.

Facilitate SAFe ceremonies, write user stories and acceptance criteria, manage Jira and Confluence artifacts, liaise between IT and business, track KPIs, analyze processes, recommend improvements, and support roadmap development.

Analyzes scorecard, quality, and operational data to identify performance trends, errors, and improvement opportunities. Develops reports, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations using Power BI and related tools. Translates findings into actionable recommendations, supports training and performance-improvement initiatives, maintains analytical documentation, and communicates insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Data Analyst gathers, validates, and analyzes data from multiple sources to identify trends, evaluate KPIs, and generate actionable insights. They develop and maintain reports, dashboards, visualizations, and business intelligence solutions using tools such as Power BI. The role also involves partnering with stakeholders, translating business needs into analytical requirements, presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences, documenting work, and improving reporting and analytical processes.

Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and Delta Lake lakehouse architectures on AWS/Databricks using Python, SQL, and PySpark. Optimize performance, implement data quality and governance, support schema design and data modeling, integrate pipelines into CI/CD, document lineage for compliance, and troubleshoot data issues across environments.

Perform investigations and compliance oversight for federal healthcare programs (Medicare Part D), including data analysis, evidence collection, drafting reports, developing investigation protocols, coordinating with CMS/OIG, and mentoring junior staff to ensure program integrity and enforce corrective actions.

Provide senior-level financial advisory to TSA leadership including budget formulation, execution oversight, forecasts, portfolio analytics, reconciliations, IGCEs and acquisition cost analyses. Create executive dashboards, ensure compliance with federal financial policies, support audits, and improve financial governance using Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and enterprise financial systems.
