Serve as the primary SME and liaison between stakeholders, product management, and technical teams to define requirements, maintain backlog artifacts (Epics/Features/Stories), support PI planning and agile ceremonies, document SOPs and strategic roadmaps, track risks/issues, and drive process improvements to ensure successful enterprise solution delivery.

Provide front-desk and office administration while supporting HR and recruiting tasks for the Tysons Corner office. Duties include onboarding/offboarding, HR data entry and reporting, candidate coordination, meeting logistics, vendor and supply management, expense report processing, and process documentation to improve office workflows.
