Leads the global commercial success of Relectrify’s BESS business, initially focused on Australia. Owns go-to-market strategy, sales, P&L, partnerships, marketing, pipeline development, customer operations, and market entry. The role will build and scale commercial teams, deliver the ARENA program, close complex channel and key-account deals, shape product strategy, and represent the company with senior customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Lead and build Relectrify’s product management function for stationary battery energy storage products. Own product strategy, roadmaps, lifecycle management, customer and market insight, pricing, positioning, margins, and hardware execution. Partner with engineering, operations, commercial teams, leadership, the board, and investors. Establish product-led processes, hire and manage product managers, and guide products through discovery, development, launch, growth, and end-of-life.
