Lead and build a power electronics team for AI data‑centre energy infrastructure. Own architecture, design, prototyping, validation and productisation of high‑efficiency, reliable resonant converters integrated with batteries. Translate market needs into technical roadmaps, manage R&D lab operations, reduce technical risk, support customer demos and contribute to IP strategy.
