The Project Administrator manages project schedules, assigns tasks, analyzes risks, allocates resources, and communicates project progress to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for multiple real estate projects, oversee brand positioning, manage creative, PR and media, coordinate collateral, digital and event marketing, support leasing teams, ensure compliance, and measure campaign effectiveness.

Oversee day-to-day accounting for a real estate brokerage: month-end close, GAAP-compliant financial reporting, commission and agent accounting, bank reconciliations, AP/AR oversight, cash forecasting, and partnership with operations and agent services to ensure timely commission payouts and accurate financials.

Coordinate financial activities for multiple real estate development projects, perform monthly close and reconciliations, prepare budgets, draws, management and year-end reports, assist auditors, and support financial statement preparation.

Perform month-end accounting tasks including bank reconciliations, maintain general ledger, update loan/interest schedules, prepare deposits, sales tax filings, audit schedules, analyze rental operations entries, verify commissions, and support senior accounting staff.

Lead affordable housing projects by developing workplans, staffing, schedules, and budgets; direct project teams, prepare status and client reports, resolve technical issues, and coordinate with government regulatory agencies to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Greet visitors, manage incoming inquiries and appointments, support sales team with CRM data entry and lead distribution, maintain front desk and sales gallery, ensure visitor access and exceptional customer service.
