Supports full-cycle recruiting from job posting through offer acceptance. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, coordinating interviews and offers, managing background checks and drug screenings, maintaining ATS records, ensuring recruiting compliance, and participating in hiring events. The specialist partners with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, Safety, and DOT teams to meet organizational staffing needs and provide a positive candidate experience.

Manages inventory administration and warehouse logistics, including stock monitoring, cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, Stock Transfer Orders, goods transactions, order fulfillment, and reporting. Coordinates with sales, warehouse teams, branches, and customers; manages shared inboxes and phone inquiries; orders supplies; performs SAP and Excel data entry; and identifies process improvements.

Processes accurate sales orders for fuel, tanks, services, and special projects; answers customer inquiries; coordinates deliveries with terminals; and communicates customer requirements to sales representatives and dispatchers. The role requires high-volume data entry, phone-based customer service, multitasking, strong organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Weekend and holiday availability may be required.

Oversee daily branch operations, employee leadership, customer and vendor relationships, purchasing, inventory, pricing, invoicing, budgeting, and performance metrics. Partner with sales, warehouse, customer service, and management to improve profitability, compliance, safety, and operational efficiency. Lead hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and implementation of operational initiatives across branch and satellite locations.

Supports general ledger accounting, journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end close, financial and management reporting, audit requests, and compliance with U.S. GAAP. The role researches discrepancies, prepares financial schedules and workpapers, collaborates with operational teams, assists with process improvements and internal controls, and contributes to special accounting projects.

Leads daily accounting operations, including general ledger, payables, receivables, payroll, fixed assets, reconciliations, and financial close. Ensures U.S. GAAP compliance, accurate reporting, and strong internal controls; supports audits, budgeting, forecasting, acquisitions, and ERP initiatives. Supervises and develops accounting staff, analyzes variances, partners across departments, and drives process improvements and automation.

Manage and grow assigned commercial accounts and territory by developing new business, meeting sales and profit goals, presenting products, resolving customer issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing and excellent service.

Leads the operating model, logistics strategy, performance visibility, and continuous improvement for a multi-location distribution business. Oversees operating governance, regional operations teams, logistics and dispatch optimization, KPI and analytics capabilities, network and route optimization, process standardization, technology adoption, and cross-functional strategic initiatives. Partners with Operations, Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to improve productivity, profitability, capacity utilization, service performance, customer experience, and scalability.

Partners with hiring managers on role requirements and recruiting strategies, provides a positive candidate experience, ensures compliance with employment laws and Affirmative Action requirements, supports recruiting events, and promotes the employer brand. Measures success through hiring goals, time-to-fill, hiring manager satisfaction, candidate experience, data accuracy, and compliance.
