Serve as primary HR contact for employees: resolve inquiries, interpret policies, manage leaves and benefits, support onboarding, maintain HRIS records (ADP), handle unemployment and compliance, coordinate with Payroll/Benefits/Talent Acquisition, support employee engagement and HR initiatives, and escalate complex issues to HR Business Partners.

Manage and grow assigned commercial accounts and territory by developing new business, meeting sales and profit goals, presenting products, resolving customer issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing and excellent service.

Support Territory and Industrial Sales Representatives with customer onboarding, account maintenance, and growth initiatives. Handle order follow-up, pricing, billing, AR, and inventory coordination. Drive customer satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities, assist with account plans and sales reporting, and collaborate with operations, credit, vendors, and field sales to ensure seamless execution and stronger account relationships.
