Manage client relationships, renewals, retention, and account growth. Serve as the primary client contact, coordinate cross-functional teams, present renewal proposals, monitor satisfaction and account performance, maintain contract data in NetSuite, and support projects, audits, RFPs, and service delivery. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while helping clients maximize the value of REJIS products and services.

Lead the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, and monitoring of complex WAN/LAN networks. Serve as a technical expert and mentor, evaluate emerging technologies, support infrastructure projects and assessments, strengthen CJIS and MULES compliance, and collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Contribute to budgeting, vendor evaluations, and infrastructure planning while resolving complex issues independently.

Support social science research by conducting literature reviews, statistical analysis, preparing memos, tables, and visual exhibits, assisting with project materials and business development under senior staff supervision.

Lead individual contributor performing advanced tactical, investigative, strategic, and administrative crime analyses to support patrol operations and major investigations. Develop mapping, templates, and automated reports, mentor junior analysts, serve as primary analytical contact for partner agencies, support quality control and SOPs, and provide on-call after-hours analytical support.
