Entry-level sales role focused on researching prospects, generating and qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, supporting proposals and RFPs, maintaining CRM data, tracking pipeline activity, and assisting with account transitions. The position develops sales skills while serving public safety and criminal justice organizations. Responsibilities include networking, client meetings, conferences, trade shows, and maintaining sales materials.

Lead the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, and monitoring of complex WAN/LAN networks. Serve as a technical expert and mentor, evaluate emerging technologies, support infrastructure projects and assessments, strengthen CJIS and MULES compliance, and collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Contribute to budgeting, vendor evaluations, and infrastructure planning while resolving complex issues independently.

Lead individual contributor performing advanced tactical, investigative, strategic, and administrative crime analyses to support patrol operations and major investigations. Develop mapping, templates, and automated reports, mentor junior analysts, serve as primary analytical contact for partner agencies, support quality control and SOPs, and provide on-call after-hours analytical support.
