Manage multi-state payroll, employee benefits, compensation, leave administration, HRIS records, reporting, compliance, audits, and employee lifecycle processes. Oversee payroll taxes, benefit plans, ACA reporting, open enrollment, vendor relationships, timekeeping, employment documentation, and regulatory requirements. Serve as the primary resource for payroll and benefits inquiries while improving HR operational procedures and systems.

Manage impact data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting across 15–20 programs. Design impact frameworks, dashboards, surveys, and reports; ensure data quality, align metrics with organizational KPIs, and support program design and funder reporting.

Lead production of interactive maps and static graphics, perform advanced geographic and statistical analysis in SQL, manage and improve civic databases, train and supervise analysts, coordinate with IT and external partners, and develop design and QA standards.
