Own post-sale relationships for enterprise accounts, driving retention, renewals, and expansion. Lead onboarding, adoption, QBRs, and executive engagements. Identify AI-driven use cases, shape account plans, negotiate deals, mitigate churn, and build scalable account management playbooks with cross-functional teams.
