Support accounting through rotational assignments across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Deductions Management, and General Accounting. Perform journal entries, reconciliations, research and resolve receivable/payable issues and customer deductions, navigate company systems, and collaborate cross-functionally to support accounting processes and month-end close activities.

On-site HR Generalist supporting two manufacturing facilities. Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training coordination, HR administration, compliance, performance management, engagement programs, and partnerships with staffing agencies and community recruiting efforts. Serve as primary HR contact for employees and managers and partner with HR Director to implement HR initiatives and consistent practices.

Plan and schedule outbound transportation for 600+ accounts, optimize freight costs via mode selection and consolidation, track shipments and resolve delays, support key account on-time delivery, handle freight administration and claims, and assist with implementation and maintenance of MRP/WMS/TMS systems.

Maintain and update product master data across systems to support new product introductions and production. Create and manage data flows, process change requests, steward new product setups in ERP/MRP, collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement master data tools/processes, and lead projects to improve data accuracy and integrity. Limited travel required.

Support the Senior Commodities Director with commodities supply chain tasks: analyze raw material and commodity price data in Excel, prepare forecasts and coverage, manage cost and volume data, create reports/files, coordinate internal and external communications, and assist with administrative and product evaluation activities.

Create and maintain production schedules based on demand, capacity, and inventory. Manage material ordering and POs in D365, resolve production order issues, analyze root causes, coordinate with Operations, QA, Purchasing, Warehousing and Sales, support change control for new items, and drive continuous improvement.

Lead regional foodservice sales to drive profitable growth, manage key accounts and brokers, control trade funds and P&L, analyze sales and syndicated data, launch new products with Marketing, and travel throughout the territory to grow distribution and promotions.

Maintain and steward product master data across systems to support new product introductions and production. Manage change requests, validate ERP/MRP setups, improve data workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on tools and projects to ensure data integrity and timely execution.

Build and grow territory sales with C-stores, cafes, restaurants, and independent businesses. Promote Reily Foods/New England Coffee products, provide samples and training, develop new accounts, maintain relationships, report forecasts and activity, support local marketing events, and monitor competitive activity to drive revenue growth.
