Plan and schedule outbound transportation for 600+ accounts, optimize freight costs via mode selection and consolidation, track shipments and resolve delays, support key account on-time delivery, handle freight administration and claims, and assist with implementation and maintenance of MRP/WMS/TMS systems.

Creates print and digital advertising, packaging, product renderings, point-of-purchase materials, web content, coupons, and sales presentations. Collaborates with brand management, agencies, PR, e-commerce partners, copywriters, photographers, and internal stakeholders while following brand standards. Translates creative briefs, manages feedback, tracks project inputs and outputs, and oversees image retouching and color correction.

Leads the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Power Apps and Power Automate solutions. Partners with business and IT stakeholders to automate cross-functional processes, integrate ERP and business systems, establish Power Platform governance and ALM standards, document applications and data flows, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor junior developers.

Operate food-processing equipment across multiple shifts while following GMP, food safety, quality, and production standards. Perform equipment startup, shutdown, minor adjustments, cleaning, lubrication, inspections, changeovers, and preventative maintenance. Track downtime and compliance in Redzone, complete batch and traceability documentation, and maintain a sanitary workstation. Collaborate with support teams to meet labor, waste, product specification, and regulatory goals.

Operate food processing equipment safely and efficiently while meeting production, quality, labor, and waste targets. Perform equipment startup, shutdown, minor adjustments, cleaning, lubrication, inspections, and changeovers. Maintain recipes, product specifications, batch records, traceability documentation, and quality paperwork. Use Redzone to track downtime and compliance activities, report safety or product concerns, maintain sanitation, and follow GMP, food safety, regulatory, and emergency procedures.

Build and grow territory sales with C-stores, cafes, restaurants, and independent businesses. Promote Reily Foods/New England Coffee products, provide samples and training, develop new accounts, maintain relationships, report forecasts and activity, support local marketing events, and monitor competitive activity to drive revenue growth.

Serve as primary on-site HR contact for two manufacturing facilities: manage recruiting and onboarding, support employee relations, training, performance management, compliance, engagement programs, workforce planning, and HR process implementation in partnership with HR Director.
