Maintain and steward product master data across systems to support new product introductions and production. Manage change requests, validate ERP/MRP setups, improve data workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on tools and projects to ensure data integrity and timely execution.

Identifies, investigates, and resolves customer payment deductions and discrepancies. Processes valid deductions, disputes invalid claims, collects disputed amounts, and maintains supporting documentation. Researches customer portals, agreements, and payment advice; manages pricing, reporting, and analysis for strategic customers. Tracks deduction trends, recommends process improvements, collaborates across departments, and supports special projects.

Plan and schedule outbound transportation for 600+ accounts, optimize freight costs via mode selection and consolidation, track shipments and resolve delays, support key account on-time delivery, handle freight administration and claims, and assist with implementation and maintenance of MRP/WMS/TMS systems.

Support accounting through rotational assignments across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Deductions Management, and General Accounting. Perform journal entries, reconciliations, research and resolve receivable/payable issues and customer deductions, navigate company systems, and collaborate cross-functionally to support accounting processes and month-end close activities.

Build and grow territory sales with C-stores, cafes, restaurants, and independent businesses. Promote Reily Foods/New England Coffee products, provide samples and training, develop new accounts, maintain relationships, report forecasts and activity, support local marketing events, and monitor competitive activity to drive revenue growth.

Lead regional foodservice sales to drive profitable growth, manage key accounts and brokers, control trade funds and P&L, analyze sales and syndicated data, launch new products with Marketing, and travel throughout the territory to grow distribution and promotions.

Support and coordinate inventory control, batch order processing, production support, and purchasing. Maintain ERP inventory records, lead cycle counts, process batch orders, assist with purchase orders, and communicate with suppliers while coordinating with production, warehouse, and quality teams.

Serve as primary on-site HR contact for two manufacturing facilities: manage recruiting and onboarding, support employee relations, training, performance management, compliance, engagement programs, workforce planning, and HR process implementation in partnership with HR Director.
