Use Redzone to track downtime and compliance activities, report safety or product concerns, maintain sanitation, and follow GMP, food safety, regulatory, and emergency procedures.

Identifies, investigates, and resolves customer payment deductions and discrepancies. Processes valid deductions, disputes invalid claims, collects disputed amounts, and maintains supporting documentation. Researches customer portals, agreements, and payment advice; manages pricing, reporting, and analysis for strategic customers. Tracks deduction trends, recommends process improvements, collaborates across departments, and supports special projects.
