Map talent markets, hunt passive candidates, manage top-of-funnel and end-to-end evaluation for critical Engineering, Product, and Operations roles, and partner with hiring managers to deliver a high-touch, data-driven candidate experience.

Lead systems engineering for counter-UxS electronic warfare solutions: define architectures and requirements, run simulations and V&V, integrate sensors and C2, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver operational systems.

Lead a small research team to reverse-engineer and analyze drone communications, flight-controller firmware, GNSS behavior and RF links. Build test platforms, run lab/field experiments, maintain a prioritized drone-threat intelligence list, and produce actionable reports for EW R&D to improve detection, jamming, and spoofing capabilities.
