Designs and implements automation frameworks for system-level hardware and software verification. Develops test scripts interfacing with real hardware, sensors, and signals through serial, Ethernet, GPIO, APIs, and embedded communication. Creates manual and automated test plans, debugs hardware and software issues, and builds reusable testing tools including log analyzers, simulators, and data validation components.

Lead end-to-end mechanical design for electronic and RF counter-UAV systems, including architecture, thermal and structural analysis, PCB integration, prototyping, testing, production implementation, drawings, BOMs, cable assemblies, and supplier coordination. The role requires SolidWorks and PDM expertise, multidisciplinary product development experience, and hands-on prototype validation in a defense-tech environment.

Lead and own verification and validation for complex counter-uncrewed defense systems: set Go/No-Go authority, build testing infrastructure and automation, define KPIs, run integration, field, and adversarial tests, and manage multidisciplinary testing teams while partnering with R&D.

Develop high-performance C++ software for real-time systems, optimize algorithms for GNSS, signal processing, computer vision and geospatial analysis, and use Python for prototyping and tooling while collaborating with hardware, research, and product teams.

Design and optimize real-time detection, classification, and tracking models for small, long-range aerial targets; build datasets and evaluation tools; process EO/IR and thermal video; deploy and optimize models on edge devices; collaborate with software, hardware, and systems teams.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, financial closings through the balance sheet, inventory accounting, cash flow, expense tracking, tax filings, audits, invoices, employee expenses, corporate cards, and multi-currency transactions.
