Lead and own verification and validation for complex counter-uncrewed defense systems: set Go/No-Go authority, build testing infrastructure and automation, define KPIs, run integration, field, and adversarial tests, and manage multidisciplinary testing teams while partnering with R&D.

Design, build, and maintain system-level test automation for integrated HW+SW systems. Create frameworks and test scripts that interact with sensors, RF, and embedded hardware, perform manual and automated verification, debug issues, and build internal tools for data capture and analysis.

Lead B2G sales across Germany and Europe for defense C-UxS products. Identify and engage government customers and system integrators, manage full sales lifecycle, develop strategic sales plans, collaborate with engineering on technical proposals, represent the company at industry events, and monitor procurement and regulatory environments.
