Lead and own verification and validation for complex counter-uncrewed defense systems: set Go/No-Go authority, build testing infrastructure and automation, define KPIs, run integration, field, and adversarial tests, and manage multidisciplinary testing teams while partnering with R&D.

Lead end-to-end tenders, RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and strategic proposals. Analyze requirements, risks, contractual obligations, and compliance needs; coordinate Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal; manage bid plans, timelines, deliverables, quality reviews, and submissions. Support pre-sales through market, customer, project, and competitor research, opportunity qualification, customer intelligence, and sales-enablement materials.

Lead end-to-end mechanical design for electronic and RF counter-UAV systems, including architecture, thermal and structural analysis, PCB integration, prototyping, testing, production implementation, drawings, BOMs, cable assemblies, and supplier coordination. The role requires SolidWorks and PDM expertise, multidisciplinary product development experience, and hands-on prototype validation in a defense-tech environment.
