Lead system-level engineering for kinetic counter-drone platforms, including control software, requirements, architecture, interfaces, hardware configuration, and end-to-end integration. Support prototype bring-up and proof-of-concept development, then plan and execute lab and flight validation tests. Collaborate across software, hardware, and algorithm teams while driving independent, end-to-end execution and iterative system improvements.

Lead B2G sales across Germany and Europe for defense and homeland security customers. Manage the full sales lifecycle, including opportunity development, bids, pricing, negotiations, and closing. Build relationships with government agencies, defense organizations, and system integrators; develop strategic sales plans; translate technical requirements into proposals; and represent the company at industry events. The role requires a strong German defense network, fluent German and English, technical domain knowledge, and 40–50% travel.

Lead and own verification and validation for complex counter-uncrewed defense systems: set Go/No-Go authority, build testing infrastructure and automation, define KPIs, run integration, field, and adversarial tests, and manage multidisciplinary testing teams while partnering with R&D.
