Lead B2G sales across Germany and Europe for defense C-UxS products. Identify and engage government customers and system integrators, manage full sales lifecycle, develop strategic sales plans, collaborate with engineering on technical proposals, represent the company at industry events, and monitor procurement and regulatory environments.

Lead and build Regulus's marketing function from scratch: define brand and messaging, produce content and campaigns, run PR and digital efforts, manage field and product marketing for C-UxS/EW products, execute international trade shows, hire a small team, manage agencies and budget, and track performance metrics.

Lead systems engineering for counter-UxS electronic warfare solutions: define architectures and requirements, run simulations and V&V, integrate sensors and C2, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver operational systems.
