Generate and qualify outbound and inbound leads, conduct prospect discovery, deliver online presentations and product demos, maintain Salesforce records, meet sales KPIs, grow pipeline, forecast accurately, and manage opportunities from concept to close. The role requires selling SaaS or technology to U.S. customers, providing product feedback, collaborating globally, and becoming a subject matter expert. This is a 1099 contract position requiring reliable home internet and a computer.

Provides telephone, email, and remote diagnostic support for company software. Troubleshoots technical issues, assists with integrations, configuration, customization, and product usage, educates customers, tracks tickets, meets service-level agreements, and follows through to resolution and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, SaaS and API knowledge, Google Workspace expertise, organization, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Manage long-term relationships with named B2B SaaS accounts, including onboarding, customer training, health analysis, ROI communication, QBRs, renewals, upselling, and advocacy. The role serves as the primary customer contact, addresses concerns, evaluates needs, promotes loyalty, and collaborates cross-functionally to improve customer outcomes. This is a fully remote 1099 contract position requiring strong communication, technology proficiency, and experience managing complex customer organizations.
