Manage long-term relationships with named B2B SaaS accounts, including onboarding, customer training, health analysis, ROI communication, QBRs, renewals, upselling, and advocacy. The role serves as the primary customer contact, addresses concerns, evaluates needs, promotes loyalty, and collaborates cross-functionally to improve customer outcomes. This is a fully remote 1099 contract position requiring strong communication, technology proficiency, and experience managing complex customer organizations.
