The Account Executive will engage in prospecting and lead generation, conduct sales presentations, perform needs analysis, develop proposals, build client relationships, and meet sales targets while collaborating with internal teams.

Manage daily accounting and month-end close across multiple properties and projects. Oversee job costing, WIP, project billings, CAM reconciliations, intercompany consolidations, and balance sheet reconciliations. Ensure GAAP compliance, strengthen internal controls, prepare budgets/forecasts, support system enhancements and automation, lead staff, and perform ad hoc financial analysis and projects.

The Account Executive will prospect new business in Georgia, deliver customized HR solutions, and build client relationships using a consultative sales approach while meeting sales goals.
