We are seeking a driven and consultative PEO Sales Representative to join our HR Strategies Division growing team in Georgia. In this role, you will help small and mid-sized businesses streamline their HR functions by offering comprehensive solutions including payroll, employee benefits, risk management, and compliance support.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within your assigned Georgia territory
- Conduct needs assessments and deliver customized PEO solutions to business owners and decision-makers
- Present and explain services, pricing, and contracts clearly and accurately
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through a consultative sales approach
- Manage and track all sales activities using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (PEO, payroll, HR services, or insurance preferred)
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively
- Familiarity with employment practices and business regulations in Georgia is a plus
