Leads clinical support across physician clinics by overseeing operations, staffing, education, onboarding, quality improvement, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and professional development. Coaches nursing and clinical staff, monitors workflows and performance metrics, facilitates team collaboration, and implements initiatives to improve patient outcomes, satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Conducts interior and exterior patrols, responds to emergencies and security incidents, documents investigations, manages access points and badge access, supports traffic control, coordinates with law enforcement, assists patients and visitors, and de-escalates conflicts. Requires maintaining safety across hospital facilities while providing professional customer service in indoor and outdoor environments.

Provides nursing expertise and patient-care coordination across the health system. Serves as a liaison between leadership and care staff, identifies priority patient situations, supports providers, patients, and families, and helps optimize staffing. The role requires flexibility with changing workloads, staffing patterns, on-call assignments, and resolving staffing conflicts.
