Conducts occupational therapy evaluations and implements individualized treatment plans. Provides complex therapeutic interventions, documents progress, supervises assistants/students, collaborates with interdisciplinary team, participates in quality improvement, and maintains certifications and departmental compliance.

Provides nursing care to patients during weekend shifts, assessing, planning, and implementing treatment according to medical standards. Responsible for patient education, documentation, and supervising LPNs and support staff.

Ensure accurate pharmacy charging and billing compliance by maintaining the charge master, auditing medication charges, analyzing revenue reports, supporting contracting/credentialing, training staff, and coordinating with Pharmacy, Finance, HIM, and Compliance to improve charge capture and resolve discrepancies.
