Provides professional nursing care on assigned unit, performing assessments, interventions, medication administration, documentation, patient/family teaching, emergency response (CPR/BLS/ACLS), supervising LPN/support staff, and maintaining licensure and safety/compliance standards. Works flexible schedules within float pool guidelines.

Provides direct nursing care to medical-surgical patients using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. Performs assessments, documents clinical findings, administers medications and treatments, responds to emergencies (CPR/BLS/ACLS), provides patient/family teaching, supervises LPN/support staff, and maintains required records and competencies. Works flexible schedules within the float pool.
