Provides professional nursing care on assigned unit: assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care; administers medications and treatments; documents care; teaches patients/families; supervises LPN/support staff; responds to emergencies; maintains required certifications and licensure; works flexible PRN schedules per float-pool guidelines.

Provide functional and technical support for hospital applications, lead implementations and upgrades, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, document SOPs, improve business processes, coordinate with leadership/vendors, and train/mentor staff to ensure systems meet operational needs.

Responsible for ensuring referrals and precertification are completed, validating insurance eligibility, educating staff and patients, and maintaining records. Collaborates with staff to address patient needs and ensures compliance with standards.
