Regional One Health Benefits Overview

Coordinates multiple concurrent clinical trials from startup through closeout, serving as the liaison among sponsors, investigators, hospital departments, and patients. Responsibilities include feasibility assessments, protocol training, participant screening and consent, advanced nursing procedures, investigational medication administration, safety monitoring, specimen processing, regulatory and IRB submissions, data management, audit preparation, and study documentation. The role provides specialized inpatient and outpatient patient care while ensuring compliance with GCP, regulatory requirements, and study protocols.

Provides project management, business analysis, proposal development, reporting, and administrative support for fundraising and development initiatives. Coordinates timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, project documentation, dashboards, donor and board meetings, campaigns, and retreats. Supports the Vice President of Development with complex calendar management and logistics while progressively developing donor cultivation and solicitation skills.

Provides professional nursing care in assigned unit using nursing process: assess, plan, implement and evaluate care; administer medications and treatments; document care; educate patients/families; supervise support staff; respond to emergencies; maintain required certifications and float between units per staffing guidelines.
