Teams at Regional Medical Imaging

Checks in patients for radiology exams, verifies demographics, insurance, orders, and payments, and enters information into RIS and related systems. Provides customer service, answers calls, schedules and confirms appointments, assists with forms and medical records, maintains HIPAA-compliant privacy, balances cash drawers, and supports patient flow. The role requires flexibility to work at other sites and attend occasional meetings or training.

Performs diagnostic ultrasound examinations across abdominal, obstetric/gynecologic, breast, and vascular areas. Prepares and positions patients, operates and adjusts ultrasound equipment, obtains high-quality images, communicates findings to physicians, and maintains accurate confidential records. Uses PACS and RIS systems, maintains ARDMS registration and continuing education, and completes CPR, OSHA, and HIPAA training. This is a part-time float position between Novi, Royal Oak, and occasionally Southgate offices.

Maintains accurate confidential records using PACS and RIS systems. Requires patient-centered communication, ARDMS registry compliance, continuing education, CPR certification, and annual OSHA and HIPAA training. This is a temporary part-time role working 16–24 hours weekly, with possible additional hours.
