Assist with food prep and cooking, set up and pass trays, stock snack carts, bus tables, wash dishes, clean kitchen areas, and follow food handling and hygiene guidelines. May perform additional tasks assigned by management.

Manage and oversee NPs and RNCCs in the ISNP program across Texas regions, ensuring Model of Care compliance, staff recruitment, training, chart audits, quality documentation/coding, utilization and expense management, facility communication, on-call coverage, and delivery of clinical metrics.

Provide leadership and oversight of nursing operations in a skilled nursing facility to ensure high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, development and implementation of individualized care plans, medication and treatment oversight, QA review, staff supervision, training, and coordination with physicians and facility partners.

Prepare and serve meals and beverages for residents under direction of the Certified Dietary Manager; assist with food prep, tray setup, bussing, dishwashing, kitchen cleaning, snack cart stocking, and follow food safety/handwashing and state regulations.

Provide non-clinical personal care and support to residents under the Charge Nurse's supervision.
