Assists the Director of Nursing with daily nursing department operations, resident care coordination, staffing, recruitment, training, scheduling, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, clinical record review, care plans, and on-call coverage in a skilled nursing facility.

Prepares and serves food and beverages to residents, sets up and passes meal trays, stocks snack carts, buses tables, cleans dining and kitchen areas, and washes dishes while following food safety, handwashing, universal precaution, and state and federal regulatory requirements.

The Receptionist answers calls, directs residents and visitors, distributes mail, performs general office duties, processes accounts payable and invoices, mails resident statements, maintains employee contact lists, and verifies vendor exclusions. The role supports business office efficiency, resident services, staff development, and nursing facility operations. Strong communication, organization, customer service, and Microsoft Office skills are required.
