Prepare, serve, and clean up meals for residents under the Certified Dietary Managerfollowing state guidelines. Assist with food prep, beverage service, tray setup/passing, bussing, dishwashing, stocking snack cart, and kitchen cleaning while observing food-safety and handwashing protocols.

Participate in a paid Nurse Aide training program including a minimum two-week Hospitality Aide period. Provide resident personal care (bathing, feeding, dressing), measure vitals, document care in EMR, assist with mobility and transfers, report condition changes, maintain supplies and equipment, answer call lights, and deliver compassionate customer service under Charge Nurse direction.

Greet visitors and answer phones, assist with mail and office duties, process accounts payable and resident statements, verify vendor exclusions (EPLS/OIG), and support business office operations and staff development.
