Provides non-clinical support and personal assistance to residents under Charge Nurse supervision. Duties include mobility assistance, grooming, hydration, oral hygiene, answering call lights, cleaning equipment and resident areas, changing linens, escorting residents to meals and activities, observing and reporting concerns, assisting with emergencies, and maintaining safety and respectful communication.

Answers calls, directs residents and visitors, distributes mail, performs office duties, processes invoices and resident statements, maintains contact lists, and supports vendor verification. The receptionist also assists with resident care initiatives and staff recruitment, training, and retention while supporting the Business Office Manager and facility Administrator.

Prepares and serves food and beverages to residents, sets up and passes meal trays, stocks snack carts, buses tables, cleans dining and kitchen areas, and washes dishes while following food safety, handwashing, universal precaution, and state and federal regulatory requirements.
