Lead pre-sales technical engagement for an AI-powered regulatory platform: run discovery, craft tailored demos, scope and manage PoCs, support RFPs, capture customer requirements, enable sales, and hand off to Customer Success while staying current on global regulatory frameworks.

Own the end-to-end people function for a multicultural, distributed team: lead talent acquisition, retention, engagement, performance and development cycles, onboarding, HR operations, compliance, and international EOR/work-pass administration to support rapid global growth.

Support the marketing team across content, social, email, SEO, analytics, and market research. Create and schedule content, assist email campaigns and SEO tasks, compile performance reports, conduct industry research, collaborate cross-functionally, and own a small stretch project while learning marketing tools and processes.
