Design, build, evaluate, deploy, and monitor LLM-powered agentic systems for regulatory workflows. Develop LangGraph/LangChain agents, evaluation and observability pipelines, RAG and vector-search systems, and production LLMOps practices. Integrate AI services into Node and React applications while optimizing prompts for cost, latency, and accuracy. Collaborate with product, engineering, and regulatory stakeholders, and mentor colleagues on agent design and evaluation.

Support Japanese client accounts as a bilingual Customer Success Manager, assisting with meetings, translation, onboarding, follow-ups, deliverable tracking, engagement monitoring, reporting, and renewal preparation. The role also supports prospecting and business development activities. Success requires business-level Japanese, professional English, strong communication and organization, and familiarity with tools such as Zoom, Confluence, SharePoint, and Zendesk.

Design and prototype high-fidelity UI for a SaaS regulatory product, maintain and contribute to the design system, prepare engineering handoffs, iterate from feedback, and collaborate with product and engineering on delivery across a cross-functional team.
