Provides administrative and documentation support for the proposals team by logging RFQs and RFPs, maintaining proposal files and tracking logs, entering quote and BOM data, coordinating inputs from internal teams and suppliers, preparing draft proposal documents, proofreading submissions, handling export-controlled information, maintaining audit records, and reporting proposal metrics.

Leads multiple complex aerospace and defense projects from planning through delivery, managing timelines, budgets, scope, risks, resources, quality, and stakeholder communication. Coordinates cross-functional teams, reviews technical and business analysis, supports CCA/PWA and testing processes, facilitates meetings, addresses product issues, and mentors junior program managers. Requires at least three years of program or project management experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
