Perform detailed manual touch-up and repair of conformal coating on PCBs using brush, syringe, or approved methods. Inspect under magnification/UV light, follow IPC-A-610 and work instructions, mix/prepare coatings, maintain 5S/ESD/FOD compliance, handle chemicals safely, document lot and inspection records, and withhold nonconforming assemblies.

Prepare, apply, inspect, and maintain conformal and Parylene coatings on PCBAs per work orders and IPC-A-610 standards. Mix and set up coating materials and equipment, perform masking, deposition, inspection (visual and UV), touch-up/rework, recordkeeping, preventive maintenance, and follow chemical safety, ESD, FOD, and 5S procedures.

Develop, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes (especially CCA and Box Build) to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost. Lead continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma, troubleshoot production issues, support NPI and validation, maintain process documentation, and ensure regulatory and quality compliance.
