Manages day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS administration, recruiting coordination, timekeeping, benefits and leave support, employee relations, compliance, personnel records, and HR communications. The role serves as a first-line resource for employees and managers, supports investigations and performance processes, coordinates recruiting and employee events, and helps maintain compliance with federal and California employment requirements.

Perform detailed manual touch-up and repair of conformal coating on PCBs using brush, syringe, or approved methods. Inspect under magnification/UV light, follow IPC-A-610 and work instructions, mix/prepare coatings, maintain 5S/ESD/FOD compliance, handle chemicals safely, document lot and inspection records, and withhold nonconforming assemblies.

Prepare, apply, inspect, and maintain conformal and Parylene coatings on PCBAs per work orders and IPC-A-610 standards. Mix and set up coating materials and equipment, perform masking, deposition, inspection (visual and UV), touch-up/rework, recordkeeping, preventive maintenance, and follow chemical safety, ESD, FOD, and 5S procedures.
