Own and improve REFY’s Quality Management System across product development, production, launch, and post-market activities. Lead incoming goods inspections, product and packaging standards, quality approvals, supplier quality management, audits, deviations, CAPAs, investigations, root cause analysis, documentation, and continuous improvement. Partner with Product Development, Packaging, Supply Chain, Operations, and suppliers to ensure cosmetic products meet quality, safety, performance, GMP, and applicable regulatory standards.

Support Product Development team to coordinate samples, testing, suppliers, and project administration across NPD, shade extensions, accessories, and packaging to meet launch targets and timelines.

Leads REFY’s three-year new product development and innovation pipeline across beauty categories. Owns product vision, concepts, development, testing, packaging, launches, continuous improvement, budgets, and team performance. Partners with the Founder and CEO, technical and compliance teams, marketing, commercial teams, suppliers, and retail partners to deliver differentiated, commercially viable products aligned with customer needs and brand strategy.
