Support commercial planning by maintaining trackers, pulling and formatting sales and stock data, assisting forecasts, promotions and launches, monitoring SKU availability, preparing reports and presentations, and coordinating information flow across E‑Com, Brand, CRM, PD and Commercial Accounts.

Lead and own Paid Social strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, Snap and Pinterest; oversee PPC, Affiliate and Display. Analyze performance, scale campaigns globally, collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams, and produce regular reports with insights and optimisation recommendations to meet channel targets.

Lead retail operations and a counter team to deliver excellent customer experiences, drive sales and KPIs, manage inventory and merchandising, run in-store events, and develop staff through recruiting, training, coaching, and performance management.
