Leads REFORM Alliance’s legislative strategy across federal, state, and local levels. Develops legislative roadmaps, identifies bill vehicles, manages legislative relationships, directs lobbying firms, coordinates coalitions, tracks compliance, and advises the CEO and board on legislative risks and opportunities. The role also oversees the legislative team, budget, consultants, and cross-functional advocacy efforts, with regular in-office work in New York City and 10–25% national travel.

Lead and execute visual design across social, web, presentations, marketing collateral, and simple motion graphics. Translate policy and data into clear infographics, maintain brand identity, and deliver high-quality assets on tight timelines while collaborating with marketing, policy, and executive teams.

Lead cross-platform audience development, set growth strategy and KPIs across social, video, audio, and email. Translate analytics into content and campaign plans, support membership acquisition, manage platform/influencer relationships, and build dashboards to measure impact.

Provide high-level executive support to the Chief Policy Officer: manage complex calendar and travel, track commitments and action items, coordinate between CPO, CEO, and Policy team, prepare briefings and materials, organize meetings and legislative engagements, handle expenses and filing, and support coalition and stakeholder logistics to ensure timely follow-through.
