Oversee daily operations of a multi-site ophthalmology practice, lead and develop staff, manage patient inquiries, ensure compliance and EMR/IT health, coordinate procurement and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and quality care.

Provide patient-facing optical support: assess patient needs, recommend frames and lenses, assist with contact lens orders, verify prescriptions and lens thickness, prepare eyewear and contact lens orders, and ensure high patient satisfaction.

Greet patients after exams, review prescriptions, recommend frames and lens options, enter orders and measurements, verify vision insurance, process payments, dispense and adjust eyewear, maintain displays and inventory, and provide customer-focused optical retail service.
