Document patient encounters in real time using the EMR, assist physicians with charting, perform basic ocular screenings, gather histories, support clinic flow, provide patient education, and perform clinical/administrative tasks as directed.

Serve as the primary employee relations advisor across a multi-state healthcare organization. Lead investigations, coach leaders on performance management and corrective action, maintain compliant documentation, steward employee policies and handbook, support multi-state compliance, partner with legal and HR teams, and assist with M&A integration and change management. Travel within the Mid-Atlantic (up to ~20%) and support distributed sites.

Oversee daily operations of a multi-site ophthalmology practice, lead and develop staff, manage patient inquiries, ensure compliance and EMR/IT health, coordinate procurement and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and quality care.

Provide comprehensive eye care including vision exams, diagnosis and management of ocular conditions, prescribing corrective lenses, pre/post-operative care, patient education, recordkeeping, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality eye health services.
