Teams at ReFocus Eye Health

Serve as the patient-facing front desk representative for a multi-specialty ophthalmology practice: greet patients, manage check-ins/check-outs, schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect co-pays, maintain records, handle calls/messages, escalate patient concerns, and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth, high-volume operations.

Provide comprehensive eye care including vision exams, diagnosis and management of ocular conditions, prescribing corrective lenses, pre/post-operative care, patient education, recordkeeping, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality eye health services.

Oversee daily operations of a multi-site ophthalmology practice, lead and develop staff, manage patient inquiries, ensure compliance and EMR/IT health, coordinate procurement and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and quality care.
