The Operations Project Manager is responsible for planning and executing chemical cleaning and clearing projects in refineries, managing safety, clients, and operational efficiency.

Manage end-to-end accounts payable across multiple entities, oversee payment processing (checks, ACH, wires), maintain vendor data, lead and develop the AP team, enforce controls and compliance, support audits and 1099s, drive process improvements and ERP/AP system integrations, and collaborate on cash flow forecasting and month/year-end close activities.

Serve as strategic HR and safety partner for Houston distribution and mechanical cleaning sites. Lead recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, safety culture, incident investigations, contractor management, and HR operations. Support second-chance hiring, workforce planning, performance management, and compliance with employment and OSHA requirements.

The Technical Solutions Manager drives business growth through technical presentations, client relationship management, and operational support in refining processes.

Lead and execute refinery clearing and chemical cleaning projects during shutdowns. Plan MOC-level cleaning strategies, manage teams and contractors, ensure safety compliance, train client personnel, control costs, document incidents, and complete project closeouts while supporting client relationships.
