The role coaches leaders, supports workforce retention and development, manages HR policies, and fosters an inclusive, accountable workplace.

Leads ReNu field operations for refinery fin fan cleaning campaigns. Responsibilities include supervising and training field teams, coordinating staffing and equipment logistics, communicating with refinery personnel, monitoring safety and service quality, collecting daily data, conducting site walks, onboarding personnel, and supporting campaign execution and demobilization. The role requires extensive field travel, long workdays, physical labor, PPE use, and management of Foam Application Specialists and leads.
