Leads petrochemical and LNG facility shutdown, clearing, and chemical-cleaning projects. Develops MOC-level plans, coordinates RTI, client, and contractor teams, ensures safety compliance, trains personnel, manages costs, resolves operational issues, communicates results, and completes project closeout. The role may supervise project technicians and requires extensive industrial-site travel, long work shifts, physical endurance, and experience with refinery, gas plant, or chemical plant operations.

Leads refinery shutdown, clearing, and chemical-cleaning projects from planning through closeout. Builds and directs multidisciplinary teams, develops MOC-level plans, trains client personnel, manages costs, ensures site safety, resolves operational issues, communicates with clients, and completes incident and project documentation. The role requires extensive refinery or chemical-plant operations experience, project-planning expertise, frequent travel, and the ability to work long shifts in demanding industrial environments.

Serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, vendors, and employees. Manages front desk operations, phone calls, mail, deliveries, appointments, conference rooms, supplies, and reception-area presentation. Provides administrative support including data entry, filing, document preparation, expense tracking, meeting meal orders, event support, and backup office-manager assistance. Requires professional customer service, organization, confidentiality, and full-time in-office availability.
