Manage and grow LATAM affiliate partnerships for an international Forex brokerage: recruit, onboard, negotiate CPA/RevShare/hybrid deals, optimize campaigns, monitor KPIs (FTDs, NGR, retention), collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and report forecasts to leadership.

Provide on-site Dutch- and English-language customer support across phone, email, and chat for payment inquiries, refunds, cancellations, disputes, and account issues. Troubleshoot, escalate recurring feedback, meet KPIs, support process improvements, and stay current on fintech compliance and procedures.

Senior regional leadership role to develop and execute market-entry and expansion strategies across Asia, drive client acquisition and partner growth, recruit and manage commercial teams, collaborate with product/marketing/compliance, monitor KPIs and CRM pipelines, represent the company at events, and report strategic insights to executive leadership.
