Lead customer onboarding projects from kickoff through handoff to Customer Success. Manage project plans, SOW delivery, stakeholder coordination, training, adoption tracking, risk mitigation, and go-live readiness while improving implementation playbooks and processes.

Own complex technical support investigations from escalation through resolution. Reproduce issues, determine root causes, assess impact, create actionable Jira tickets, develop workarounds, validate fixes, and communicate findings to customers and internal teams. The role partners with Customer Care, Product, Engineering, and operations while improving escalation standards, documentation, troubleshooting playbooks, and support processes.
