Partner with Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, Support, and Operations to turn manual or ambiguous processes into scalable software. Develop API integrations, webhooks, data synchronization, event-driven workflows, and tools across HubSpot, Intercom, Jira, Slack, Snowflake, and other platforms. Own projects from discovery through deployment, adoption, and iteration.

Owns the employee lifecycle across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll inputs, compliance, offboarding, and culture initiatives. Partners with managers and leadership on people decisions, supports global teams across two sites, manages full-cycle talent acquisition, administers the Spark HR platform, and uses people data to improve programs and influence business decisions.

Own a portfolio of enterprise hospitality accounts to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Build executive relationships, lead strategic conversations and EBRs, identify risks and growth opportunities using customer data, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable customer outcomes and revenue growth.
