Responsibilities include workforce planning, budgeting, university partnerships, intern recruiting and onboarding, manager enablement, program design, conversion decisions, metrics reporting, and expansion into co-op and new-graduate hiring. Partners with Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, Engineering, Communications, and People teams to scale the program and improve hiring outcomes.

Manages end-to-end international ocean exports from booking through delivery. Prepares export, customs, origin, and dangerous goods documentation; files EEI through AES; performs restricted-party screening and tariff classification; coordinates waste shipment controls, Incoterms, forwarders, brokers, carriers, and customers; tracks exceptions; maintains audit-ready records; reconciles invoices; and reports shipment, cost, and performance data.

Own sourcing strategy and top-of-funnel recruiting for difficult technical, operational, scientific, and supply chain roles. Develop and integrate multiphysics performance and technoeconomic models for novel energy storage systems. Responsibilities include architectural studies, component sensitivity analysis, cloud-based model parallelization, model validation, test planning, data correlation, and communicating results to guide product architecture and deployment decisions. The role requires strong physics knowledge, software collaboration, controls, optimization, and engineering requirements development.

Own end-to-end delivery of battery energy storage and microgrid projects, from commercial scoping through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations handoff. Manage schedules, budgets, risks, change control, permitting, interconnection, deliverables, commissioning readiness, and project documentation. Coordinate Business Development, Product Engineering, EPC partners, customers, and internal teams while developing repeatable execution processes and forecasting inputs. Lead architectural design, code compliance, permitting, and construction administration for large-scale industrial battery recycling facilities. Serve as Architect of Record, coordinate with authorities, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, manage external architectural partners, oversee hazardous-materials and life-safety design, support scheduling and estimating, and mentor junior staff. The role requires Nevada licensure or rapid eligibility, strong Revit and BIM proficiency, and extensive industrial, manufacturing, or process-facility experience.

Lead early-phase electrical engineering for grid-scale battery energy storage projects: produce concept layouts and single-line diagrams, assess interconnection and permitting viability, coordinate multi-discipline design basis, close data requests, define scope and Basis of Design, support business development pursuits, and hand off complete packages to detailed design teams while managing resourcing and schedules.

Leads global sourcing for PCBAs, custom transformers, and related electronics used in high-voltage energy products. Owns supplier identification, qualification, negotiations, RFQs, agreements, supplier performance, cost optimization, inventory readiness, make-versus-buy analysis, dual sourcing, localization, and contract manufacturing strategy. Partners with engineering and operations teams to support new product introduction, production ramp, and sustained manufacturing. Requires international supplier travel of 10–25%.

Operate, sustain, troubleshoot, and improve automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment in a high-volume battery production environment. Respond to breakdowns, diagnose root causes, improve OEE, lead equipment upgrades, support maintenance teams, develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs, troubleshoot PLC and vision systems, manage spare parts, and train technicians.

Leads cathode active material manufacturing process development, scale-up, simulation, and optimization. Directs experiments, defines process parameters, manages equipment suppliers through installation and testing, develops technology roadmaps and intellectual property, and advises cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. The role translates laboratory and pilot findings to commercial production while maintaining quality, safety, cost, and customer-performance requirements.

Develops, maintains, and monitors detailed project schedules using Primavera P6. Coordinates with project teams and stakeholders, analyzes critical paths and schedule risks, tracks deviations, forecasts impacts, and recommends corrective actions. Maintains baselines, conducts what-if analyses, prepares schedule reports, integrates scheduling with cost control, documents scheduling activities, and supports team training and best practices.

Leads project controls for EPC capital projects, owning integrated cost and schedule baselines, earned value management, forecasting, KPIs, change control, risk analysis, and executive reporting. Maintains WBS, CBS, OBS, cost-loaded schedules, budgets, commitments, and variance analyses. Partners with Finance, Procurement, Engineering, Estimating, Construction, and contractors, while mentoring planners, schedulers, and cost analysts and supporting project closeout.

As a Solutions Engineer, you will serve as a technical resource, support customer engagement on system design, ensure technical specifications are met, and collaborate with engineering teams on customer feedback and project needs.

Lead development and scale-up of cathode active material (CAM) processes. Design experiments, perform mass and energy balances and process simulation, work with equipment suppliers, support technology roadmap, create IP, and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.

Leads procurement, operations improvement and capital projects, continuous improvement, operator training, reporting, scheduling, and administrative support. Serves as second-in-command to the Senior Production Manager, coordinating maintenance, engineering, EHS, production, supervisors, and shift leads.
