Operate, sustain, troubleshoot, and improve automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment in a high-volume battery production environment. Respond to breakdowns, diagnose root causes, improve OEE, lead equipment upgrades, support maintenance teams, develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs, troubleshoot PLC and vision systems, manage spare parts, and train technicians.

Supports continuous production by operating equipment, moving and staging materials, assembling components, maintaining manufacturing system transactions, and preparing finished goods for shipment. Follows safety, quality, and standard operating procedures in ESD-controlled indoor and outdoor environments. The role requires physical work, equipment operation, hazard recognition, teamwork, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays as production expands.

As a Solutions Engineer, you will serve as a technical resource, support customer engagement on system design, ensure technical specifications are met, and collaborate with engineering teams on customer feedback and project needs.

Serves as second-in-command to the Senior Production Manager, coordinating maintenance, engineering, EHS, production, supervisors, and shift leads. Tracks budgets, schedules, metrics, vendor commitments, procedures, and audit-ready records while coaching frontline leaders and stepping in for operations leadership when needed.
