Manage full lifecycle of capital projects from approval to capitalization, track project costs, perform reconciliations, support fixed asset reporting and audits, ensure US GAAP and SOX compliance, drive process improvements, and provide financial analysis to support business decisions.

Lead enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, and financial analysis. Own the annual operating plan, maintain a consolidated three-statement model, drive monthly/quarterly reforecasts, partner with business unit leaders, deliver executive and board-ready reporting, build FP&A infrastructure and KPI frameworks, and support ad hoc analyses and special projects for the CFO/VP Finance.

Own P&L for operational assets across Reno and Ridgeville; develop business cases, build financial models and dashboards; drive monthly/quarterly reporting and variance analysis; partner with site leaders, Operations, Engineering, and Finance; support strategic planning, capital decisions, and continuous improvement to improve operational and financial performance.
