Operate, sustain, troubleshoot, and improve automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment in a high-volume battery production environment. Respond to breakdowns, diagnose root causes, improve OEE, lead equipment upgrades, support maintenance teams, develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs, troubleshoot PLC and vision systems, manage spare parts, and train technicians.

Leads cathode active material manufacturing process development, scale-up, simulation, and optimization. Directs experiments, defines process parameters, manages equipment suppliers through installation and testing, develops technology roadmaps and intellectual property, and advises cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. The role translates laboratory and pilot findings to commercial production while maintaining quality, safety, cost, and customer-performance requirements.

Develops, maintains, and monitors detailed project schedules using Primavera P6. Coordinates with project teams and stakeholders, analyzes critical paths and schedule risks, tracks deviations, forecasts impacts, and recommends corrective actions. Maintains baselines, conducts what-if analyses, prepares schedule reports, integrates scheduling with cost control, documents scheduling activities, and supports team training and best practices.
