Supports continuous production by operating equipment, moving and staging materials, assembling components, maintaining manufacturing system transactions, and preparing finished goods for shipment. Follows safety, quality, and standard operating procedures in ESD-controlled indoor and outdoor environments. The role requires physical work, equipment operation, hazard recognition, teamwork, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays as production expands.

Owns Redwood Materials’ internship and early-career hiring program across Nevada and South Carolina. Responsibilities include workforce planning, budgeting, university partnerships, intern recruiting and onboarding, manager enablement, program design, conversion decisions, metrics reporting, and expansion into co-op and new-graduate hiring. Partners with Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, Engineering, Communications, and People teams to scale the program and improve hiring outcomes.

Manages end-to-end international ocean exports from booking through delivery. Prepares export, customs, origin, and dangerous goods documentation; files EEI through AES; performs restricted-party screening and tariff classification; coordinates waste shipment controls, Incoterms, forwarders, brokers, carriers, and customers; tracks exceptions; maintains audit-ready records; reconciles invoices; and reports shipment, cost, and performance data.
