Manage all Foreign Trade Zone operations ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with customs brokers and freight forwarders, optimizing FTZ processes, conducting audits, training staff, and maintaining secure, efficient office and warehouse operations.

Coordinate and oversee international ocean and air shipments from booking through delivery. Communicate with customers, carriers, vendors, and customs brokers; track shipments; prepare pricing, quotes, and documentation; resolve billing discrepancies; maintain records in internal systems; and participate in process improvement and cross-functional projects to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

The Project Implementation Manager oversees complex projects in logistics, ensuring adherence to guidelines, stakeholder communication, and problem resolution while leading internal teams and fostering collaboration.

As the Director of Commercial Contracts, you will draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements, manage legal risks, and support corporate initiatives.

Provide customer service and manage daily operational workflow for designated accounts: investigate and correct shipment issues, schedule pickups/deliveries, build orders in the TMS, update stakeholders, verify freight charges, generate paperwork, and resolve shipment problems.

Lead data product and customer-facing reporting strategy for Managed Services. Own roadmap, KPI definitions, data quality, governance, and rollout of standard reporting across BI and delivery platforms. Align cross-functional teams, drive automation from spreadsheets to governed BI, manage configuration models for multi-client environments, and ensure data readiness during onboarding to support scalable analytics and improved cost-to-serve.

Apply and post customer payments across business units, maintain accurate AR and unapplied payments, analyze and manage deductions, collaborate with internal teams on reapplications, support audit requests, and perform assigned AR-related tasks using Excel and ERP tools.

Provide customer service and oversee daily operations for assigned accounts: load building and planning, scheduling, tracking, issue resolution, carrier/customer relationship management, and data entry using TMS and Microsoft Office. Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams.

Manage North America modal performance and vendor procurement for TL, LTL, intermodal, parcel, and air. Set vendor KPIs, run scorecards and QBRs, lead performance remediation, analyze rates and market benchmarks, support customer reporting and projects, and hire/train a small team across North America while collaborating cross-functionally to reduce customer costs and vendor issues.

Manage and optimize secure, scalable Azure and AWS infrastructure and hybrid network environments. Administer identity (Entra ID/AD), deploy IaC (Terraform), run Microsoft Sentinel, support Windows Server lifecycle, perform on-site network hardware management, lead identity governance and security assessments, automate operations, and provide on-call production support.

Provide onsite customer service and day-to-day logistics operations for key customer accounts: load planning, shipment tracking, exception resolution, carrier onboarding, compliance management, reporting, and cross-team communication. Support customers and internal teams to ensure on-time, cost-effective execution and occasional after-hours responsiveness.
