Lead and manage customer onboarding projects from intake through go-live and stabilization. Coordinate cross-functional teams, document and track requirements, timelines, risks, and issues. Provide customer service and manage daily logistics operations for assigned accounts: investigate and resolve shipment issues, schedule pickups/deliveries, perform precise data entry and load building in Redwood's TMS, verify freight charges, generate paperwork, and communicate status updates to shippers, receivers, carriers, and internal teams.

Design, implement, and secure hybrid cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS. Lead identity and access management using Microsoft Entra, Sentinel, Intune, and RBAC/PIM. Build IaC (Terraform), automate operations and AI-driven monitoring, perform threat modeling and audits, support Windows and Linux environments, and provide on-call production support and documentation.

Process invoices, handle billing inquiries, monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, assist with month-end closing, maintain organized billing records, and collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate and timely client billing.

Provide documentation and administrative support for cash application projects and bank transitions: collect and organize files, gather stakeholder information, support AI/testing, maintain spreadsheets and SOPs, and assist the Cash Application team with project tasks.

Coordinate and oversee international ocean and air shipments from booking through delivery. Communicate with customers, carriers, vendors, and customs brokers; track shipments; prepare pricing, quotes, and documentation; resolve billing discrepancies; maintain records in internal systems; and participate in process improvement and cross-functional projects to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
