Analyze transportation data and model optimization opportunities involving consolidation, mode selection, LTL pooling, routing, network design, and transportation costs. Prepare and validate data, use optimization and simulation tools, quantify savings, and develop practical customer recommendations. Collaborate with data science, technology, operations, solution design, client success, and customer teams to deliver transportation engineering solutions and support implementation planning.

Coordinates daily logistics operations for customer accounts, including load building, planning, appointment scheduling, shipment tracking, data entry, and issue resolution. Maintains carrier and customer relationships, responds to phone and email requests, investigates delays and freight issues, and proactively communicates updates. Learns transportation management systems and processes while delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Own and grow a portfolio of Mexico-based logistics clients, driving retention, profitability, customer satisfaction, strategic account plans, business reviews, reporting, and continuous improvement. Coordinate internal teams, support implementations, resolve escalated issues, manage performance cadences, and deliver TMS and Tableau reporting. The role requires strong transportation and cross-border logistics expertise, customer-facing leadership, advanced communication skills, and up to 30% travel.
