Track shipments from pickup to delivery by contacting carriers, communicating updates to customers and internal teams, documenting shipment data, investigating and escalating delays, resolving issues, and issuing driver expense payments. Emphasis on bilingual communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving.

Provide customer service and day-to-day operational support for managed logistics accounts, including load planning, scheduling appointments, shipment tracking, data entry, issue resolution, and carrier/customer relationship management using TMS and Microsoft Office.

Entry-level sales role selling logistics services: generate leads via cold calling and email, negotiate and close deals, manage client relationships, collaborate with internal teams, and meet daily activity metrics and monthly sales targets. Training and mentorship provided.
