Track shipments end-to-end by communicating with carriers, provide freight updates to customers and internal teams, document shipment data, investigate and resolve delays, escalate issues via load boards, and issue driver expense payments when needed.

Provide customer service and oversee daily logistics operations for assigned accounts: load planning, scheduling, shipment tracking, carrier/customer management, issue resolution, and data entry using TMS and Microsoft Office.

The Customer Marketing Manager will develop strategies to enhance customer relationships, driving engagement and revenue growth through targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives.
