Operate and improve Azure- and AWS-based infrastructure, hybrid identity, Windows Server, enterprise networking, security monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code. Troubleshoot switching, routing, VLAN, firewall, wireless, and hybrid connectivity issues; manage Entra ID, Sentinel, cloud services, and physical network hardware. Support automation, compliance, threat modeling, business continuity, documentation, application deployments, and rotating on-call operations.

Coordinates daily logistics operations for customer accounts, including load building, planning, appointment scheduling, shipment tracking, data entry, issue resolution, and customer communication. Manages carrier and customer relationships while resolving delays, missed pickups, missed deliveries, and freight damage. Requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, strong customer service, multitasking, problem-solving, and basic Microsoft Office and reporting skills.

Provides Tier 2/Tier 3 technical support for Infios TMS customers. Investigates application, configuration, data, and integration issues; analyzes logs and system data; reproduces problems; identifies root causes; documents resolutions; escalates complex cases; maintains knowledge-base content; and recommends process and product improvements.
