Supervise daily program operations, staffing, scheduling, documentation, transportation coordination, and service delivery. Monitor EHR records and regulatory compliance, coordinate with clinicians and families, review timecards, maintain rosters and productivity standards, facilitate staff meetings, support quality improvement, and foster a therapeutic environment for clients with complex behavioral health and developmental needs.

Supervise daily operations of a Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program serving youth with complex needs. Ensure regulatory compliance, staff supervision and training, documentation accuracy, safety, budgeting, interagency coordination, implementation of treatment plans, and continuous quality improvement.

Provide front-line outreach, intake, and enrollment at a homeless resource center and shelter; connect guests to day services and emergency shelter; maintain confidential records in HMIS and EHR; coordinate with staff and partners; support low-barrier, trauma-informed, harm-reduction service delivery.

Provide leadership and oversight for Lake County behavioral health, child welfare, youth development, and community-based programs. Ensure clinical and operational quality, fiscal stewardship, regulatory compliance, staff recruitment and development, community partnerships, strategic planning, performance monitoring, and crisis response to deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive services and achieve program outcomes.

Develop and deliver PQI training; maintain and standardize policies, tools, and protocols; collect and analyze outcome data; conduct internal audits; support external audits, accreditation, and regulatory compliance; create reports and dashboards to drive program improvements.

Lead and direct all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, workforce planning, HR policy and systems, metrics, and staff development. Serve on leadership team, advise on organizational development and succession planning, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, represent the agency externally, and support agency initiatives and continuous improvement.
