Provide IPS-informed supported employment and education services to transition-age youth and adults. Conduct vocational assessments, develop individualized plans, support rapid job search and placement, employer outreach, benefits counseling, coordination with behavioral health teams, documentation of outcomes, outreach/re-engagement, and facilitate workshops. Deliver community-based, person-centered supports emphasizing job retention and integration.

Provide high-level executive support to the CFO, assist with financial reporting and analysis, manage banking and contract activities, strengthen internal controls, coordinate audits and RFPs, prepare confidential executive materials, and drive cross-departmental projects and process improvements.

Provide front-line outreach, intake, and enrollment at a homeless resource center and shelter; connect guests to day services and emergency shelter; maintain confidential records in HMIS and EHR; coordinate with staff and partners; support low-barrier, trauma-informed, harm-reduction service delivery.

Provide leadership and oversight for Lake County behavioral health, child welfare, youth development, and community-based programs. Ensure clinical and operational quality, fiscal stewardship, regulatory compliance, staff recruitment and development, community partnerships, strategic planning, performance monitoring, and crisis response to deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive services and achieve program outcomes.

Develop and deliver PQI training; maintain and standardize policies, tools, and protocols; collect and analyze outcome data; conduct internal audits; support external audits, accreditation, and regulatory compliance; create reports and dashboards to drive program improvements.

Lead and direct all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, workforce planning, HR policy and systems, metrics, and staff development. Serve on leadership team, advise on organizational development and succession planning, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, represent the agency externally, and support agency initiatives and continuous improvement.
